We decided to relocated away from our beloved Bay Area for work reasons. We had bought our first home in Upper Rockridge less than two years prior, and were unprepared to sell it so quickly. We chose to work with Elisa Uribe as our agent to find and manage tenants for our home, whom we could feel confident about while we are away for an undetermined period of time.
At the time of the moving and transition, one of us was already relocated early and only one was available locally; Elisa worked with us using emails and some conference calls so we could all be included in the decision making processes. We moved out in a short time, she turned around her parts of prepping the house to show very quickly, so she was able to start showing it on the next weekend after we left. We got tenants in within six weeks. Elisa got a descriptive letter from the tenants so, although we were elsewhere and she handled all the interactions, we had some information so that we could think of them as people who are happy living in our house! The way Elisa managed the process contributed to giving us this peace of mind. We’ve had very few issues but any small things that arose were handled proactively and we were kept in the loop.
We would recommend Elisa’s work as a rental manager. She made our first time out in this process relatively painless, and I’m not sure what we would have done without her! |
