Celebrity Bartender Breast Cancer Fundraiser was a Huge Success

A big thank you to all who participated in helping raise funds and awareness for the upcoming sixty mile walk in September. The Susan G Komen 3 Day Breast Cancer walk is less than 10 weeks away!
The Celebrity Bartender Event last month was a huge success in raising over $600 to help fight breast cancer. The money raised will go towards the Sole Sisters goal of raising $11,000 before the event that takes place in San Francisco this September.
The team has been diligently training and exploring all parts of the bay area. The walks have included exploring the cities of Orinda, San Francisco, Sausalito, San Jose, Oakaland, Berkeley, just to name a few. To date, the farthest walk was 18 miles, and it took a total of six hours.
Again, all of us on the team appreciate your support and kind words and we continue to walk for those who can't. |
