Today I joined the Marketing and PR Committee and it’s a great group! If you are looking to give back to the community and live in the Rockridge area maybe you would like to participate or join one of their committees.  They are quite an organized group and below is a great description of what each committee focuses on.

Meets 3rd Wed of the month at 9am  

The Marketing & PR Committee is in charge of all events which market and promote the district, as well as special events, holiday decorations, the design elements for architecture, public space design, banners, posters, logos and programs and activities which visually enhance the district.

Meets 3rd Tues of the month at 8am  

The SS Committee is responsible for parking issues and meters, cleanliness, security, coordination of news racks, and beautification in the public rights of way.
