Guy Schwartz, a Mortgage Broker at CMG Mortgage joins local Realtor, Elisa Uribe at her booth at this year’s Rockridge Out and About Festival. "I was surprised at the number of people visiting the festival this year from San Francisco. Of course I shouldn't be, since the east bay weather has always been a great attraction," said Elisa Uribe.
New clients stopped by the Wells and Bennett booth to pick up a free map, take home a Buyer's guide, and to find out more about neighborhoods in the east bay while past clients just stopped by to say hello. Wells and Bennett is a local, family owned business that has been serving buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since 1929.
The Rockridge Out and About Festival takes place once a year and is a great way to spend a leisurely day listening to local music, shopping at local stores, and meeting friends and neighbors for a bite to eat at one of the wonderful restaurants on College Ave.
